Windows blinds isn't working..

Hi. I just downloaded windows blinds from cNet and installed it. It rebooted my computer then I ran it and it gave me a message saying I had to reboot to run it. So I rebooted again, same message. I clicked the use external processes or whatever it was button that supposedly would fix it..and nothing happened..no error message, just closed the dialog box and nothing..
I am using XP 64 bit, but I read that shouldn't be a problem. Any advice??

you may have got a corrupt download mate, try downloading the file through download.com again and giving it another go. good luck

if you had a trial installed before, reinstalling won't give more time

all antivirus/script blocking turned off during install?
